Traditional Couples Therapy

There is a great quote by Virginia Satir that encompasses my belief for systemic therapy, "peace within, peace between, peace among". Transformation must occur within oneself, between the partners and in the context of their work and family of origin. For this reason, focus on change in couples therapy will include all of these "systems".​

Traditional sessions at my practice are one hour and fifteen minutes long.
